Paul Clarke did a fantastic writeup of Bittermens in the Cocktail Chronicles. As soon as we kick this cold, we’re heading over to Death and Company to test out the Camerone cocktail he created.

    Once it’s available for sale – hopefully many places in Los Angeles will pick them up!

    Until then, bringing any other bars into the pre-release testing is on a case by case basis…

Non-Potable is a Good Thing

All of our bitters have been classified by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau's Non Beverage Product Laboratory as non-potable flavorings. Why is this important? It means that since they are not considered "beverage alcohol", our bitters can be shipped to any state without restriction.
