- 1.5 oz Old Monk Rum (or other dark rum)
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 1 dash Bittemens ‘Elemakule Tiki Bitters
- Mount in a mixing glass, add ice, shake, and strain into a coupe glass. No garnish.
