1 oz Seltzer
1 oz Watermelon Juice
4 Thai Basil Leaves

1.25 oz Mezcal La Nina del Mezcal Primario
.75 oz Speed Craft Grapefruit Cream Soda Syrup
.5 oz Cappelletti Aperitivo
.5 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa
.25 oz Lime Juice
2 dash Absinthe Pernod Ricard
1 oz Seltzer
1 oz Watermelon Juice
4 Thai Basil Leaves

Instructions

Muddle the Thai Basil leaves and then shake all other ingredients aside from seltzer and watermelon juice with copious amounts of ice.
Pour into ice filled collins glass.
Top with seltzer and watermelon juice and gently stir to incorporate.
Garnish with a watermelon arch dipped in a mixture of chipotle powder, salt, and Sal de Gusano.
