Instructions
Garnish with a flamed orange zest. * 1 tbsp Lapsong Souchong tea brewed into 8 oz water. Add tea to boiling water and let it steep for 2 hours. Add tea to 8 oz demerara over medium heat. Simmer and reduce. Chill.
