Those of you watching us on twitter, reading our Facebook updates or receiving the newsletter have probably noticed that we’re starting to talk about some new formulations. But what are these prototypes, you might be asking… and can I purchase them?

These formulations are a series of experiments for us. We’re doing lab sample batches to get feedback from bartenders (and enthusiastic patrons who happen to be at the bars when we’re out and about) to see what they think and then figure out how these products might work into their cocktail programs. If the consensus is positive, then we’ll move forward to make them available for limited sales. The few that work the best will then become part of our standard lineup.
